Job Summary:

One of our Clients is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager - Marketing to join the dynamic brand and growing team supporting Middle East and North African markets. The associate will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Automobile / Motorcycles / Power Products / Marine business.



Key Responsibilities:
  • 1) Strategy & Planning:
  • a. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support brand initiatives, sales and launches.
  • b. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • c. Set and manage marketing budgets and KPIs.
  • d. Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
  • e. Support New Marketing Projects.
  • 2) Brand Management:
  • a. Develop messaging and positioning for different vehicle segments and verticals.
  • b. Oversee brand guidelines of media assets created internally and by regional distributors.
  • c. Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • d. Analyse dist. marketing KPIs (PDCA) and prepare comprehensive monthly report.
  • e. Support distributors marketing PDCA activity – Automobile and Motorcycle.
  • f. Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
  • 3) Campaign Management:
  • a. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, outdoor, and event marketing.
  • b. Manage campaigns for all company verticals.
  • c. Coordinate with creative, media, other agencies, and regional distributors to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • d. Analyzing and reporting results.
  • e. Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
  • 4) Digital Marketing:
  • a. Oversee website, SEO/SEM, management of company MENA social media platforms, content calendar in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • b. Implement lead generation and CRM nurturing campaigns (email marketing, retargeting).
  • c. Track digital metrics and optimize for performance.
  • d. Analyzing and reporting results.
  • e. Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
  • 5) Coordination:
  • a. Role will involve internal coordination with Product / Sales / Content / PR / After-sales teams and external coordination with multiple agencies / regional distributors.
  • 6) Events:
  • a. Plan & organize events like auto / boat shows, new model launches, brief distributor activations, and customer engagement programs.

Requirements:
  • • Required skills: Marketing Strategy I Brand Management | Consumer Behavior | Market Research I Digital Marketing | Media Buying | Events• Education: Post-Graduate in Marketing from a reputable university.• Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage budgets.• Data-driven mindset and strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.• Passion for the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends (EVs, connected vehicles, etc.).• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, BI). High level skills desired for using Excel & preparing PowerPoint presentations.• Pleasing personality and attitude to respect & communicate with seniors of different nationalities.• Self motivated, proactive and hard working• Should not have restrictions to travel.
