Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis II - Pastry to join our culinary team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our pastry department, you will assist in creating exquisite desserts and pastries that delight our guests and uphold our reputation for culinary excellence.


  • Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
  • Assist the Pastry Chef in developing new dessert concepts and menu items
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of desserts
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
  • Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Support the pastry team during high-volume periods and special events

Qualifications
