We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Program Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the Security Services domain .
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program/project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to Security Services .
Define and manage comprehensive project plans , including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues , ensuring proactive resolution.
Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and stakeholders .
Ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management.
Drive and facilitate project governance meetings (working groups, steering committees, etc.
). Collaborate with and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Ensure full adherence to the IT PMO process and delivery methodologies.
Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
Participate in pre-initiation phases (RFQ, RFI, RFP, POC) as required.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management within large organizations.
Proven experience delivering Security Services or Infrastructure-related IT projects .
Strong understanding of IT governance, PMO frameworks, and SDLC methodologies .
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
