As the Financial Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
This is a key role that requires strong financial management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic guidance.
Responsibilities Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management to support decision-making Proven experience as a Financial Affairs Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Experience in financial reporting and analysis Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments High attention to detail and accuracy Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
