About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive (Admin) to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, document handling, travel arrangements, and responding to inquiries
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for guest records, reports, invoices, and other essential documents
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, handle mail and courier procedures, and ensure timely distribution and replenishment
  • Support the execution of departmental policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service standards
  • Uphold high standards of grooming, confidentiality, and professionalism in line with Jumeirah’s service excellence

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration (preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Higher Secondary School certificate or Country specific certification
  • Expert in managing files and records, taking minutes, stenography, and transcription
  • Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)
