We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lobby Waitress to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Lobby Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel lobby area, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and satisfying.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in the lobby area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby dining area
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in setting up and breaking down lobby dining areas as needed
• Provide recommendations on menu items when asked
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and promotions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification (may be required)
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
