Job Overview:
To provide administrative support to the IMEA HC Operations team, across of variety of HC operational topics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to HC division to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner.
Maintaining internal time off trackers (vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)
Issuing employee related certificates and letters
Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests.
Maintain records and filing systems
Ad hoc HC support tasks
Technical Skills:
Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Strong command of English (written and verbal)
Skills and Attributes:
Fast learner, who incorporates feedback quickly and constructively
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player, but also able to work well independently
Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
Excellent communicator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment, both verbally and in writing
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality strictly
Positive attitude with a sense of fun - collegial and friendly
Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail
Must be on university or family visa
Should be based in the UAE
