About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join Jumeirah Restaurants.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:


  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in pre-opening and operating branded restaurants while driving efficiencies, profitability and brand standards.


  • Lead and support outlet heads, ensuring strong performance, development and delivery of exceptional service.


  • Plan and manage new restaurant openings and oversee special projects assigned by the Managing Director.


  • Develop talent through recruitment, training, succession planning and maintaining motivated, capable teams.


  • Ensure financial targets are met by managing budgets, controls, purchasing processes and performance analysis.


  • Communicate effectively across all levels, influencing discussions and aligning teams with company objectives.


About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years executive experience in standalone or branded restaurant operations with leadership of multi-cultural teams.


  • Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, customer service and maintaining brand standards.


  • Excellent communication, team management and computer/Microsoft Office proficiency; additional languages desired.


  • Core competencies include F&B knowledge, planning and organizing, leading and supervising, innovation and adherence to company values.
