This position is responsible for acting as the central liaison for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through to follow-up, while coordinating across departments to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibility:


  • Schedule patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, pricing, and packages.
