  • Proactively identify risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Financial and Commercial Leadership
  • Be fully responsible for project finances, including budget oversight, forecasting, and tracking expenditures.

  • Manage and adjust project burn-down rates to ensure efficient resource utilization and profitability targets are met.

  • Act as a primary client-facing representative for all implementation discussions, cultivating trust and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Actively participate in upsell discussions and identify opportunities to expand the client's footprint within the current account or new operational domains.

Domain Expertise and Guidance
  • Leverage prior hands-on experience and deep domain knowledge to guide the implementation team effectively, even though this role is non-hands-on in implementation tasks.

  • Ensure technical solutions align with real-world industrial and operational constraints.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in project management, solution delivery, or technical consulting.

  • Domain Background (Must-Haves): Candidates must originate from one of the following domains:

  • Industrial Software Domain: Direct experience managing or delivering solutions within enterprise industrial software companies.

  • Industrial/Engineering Background: A strong background in a core industrial sector (e.g., Engineering, Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing) with subsequent demonstrated experience managing software delivery projects.

  • Strategy Consulting: Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm that included a significant focus on technology implementation or digital transformation in industrial sectors.

  • Industrial Expertise: Proven experience and understanding of complex industrial environments, processes, and data ecosystems.

  • Software Familiarity: General technical fluency with modern data platform concepts and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data lakes, industrial data historians).

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client relationships and lead project teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
