About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  


  • Support campaign setup and execution across search, social, display, and affiliate channels, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and agencies.
  • Monitor and optimise daily campaign performance, pacing, and delivery across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and metasearch engines.
  • Identify performance gaps and assist in tactical optimisations, working closely with media agencies to ensure timely and accurate adjustments.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, asset delivery, and reporting, contributing to campaign alignment with commercial goals and .com conversion targets.
  • Track competitor activity and digital trends, preparing weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations by channel.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced sectors like travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic display, with solid campaign setup and optimisation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, build reports, and present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRO techniques like A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, with experience working with agencies, managing multiple priorities, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
