Job description

A leading technology and services organization delivering complex IT programs and solutions. The company is seeking a Specialist – Program Management to lead project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for small to medium-sized projects.
• Manage project economics, including budgets, costs, resources, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Establish quality assurance plans and monitor compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.


Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP and CAPM certifications (mandatory); ITIL Foundation preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on technology and governance.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project artifacts and ensuring compliance with PMO standards.
