<p>We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in <b>Edina, MN</b>. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</p><p></p><p>The role involves analyzing risks and helping develop customized solutions to meet client needs, promptly addressing client queries to ensure satisfaction. It includes supporting the design, development, and marketing of reinsurance solutions to secure new accounts, assisting senior Brokers with complex assignments, and guiding junior Brokers on market trends. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.<br><br>The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,500 to $168,000.</p><p>The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
