Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration methods.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
Skills:
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Experience with any advanced ServiceNow modules like CSM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, App Engine, Portal, SPM.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Certifications:
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is mandatory
