Key Responsibilities Update the investment program's Environmental Assessment and Review Framework (EARF) as required. Update the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the project. Prepare IEEs and EMPs for project components. Supervise the implementation of the EMP . Prepare monitoring reports on the final EMP and communicate with stakeholders, including ADB , regarding project progress and compliance with environmental protection standards. Prepare semi-annual safeguards compliance reports . Support the Implementation Assistance Specialist (IAS) in preparing periodic financing requests for project components. Minimum Qualifications Graduate degree in a relevant science subject. Experience Requirements General Work Experience: More than 7 years . Specific Experience: At least 7 years of experience in road or large-scale infrastructure projects. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of environmental safeguards and compliance standards. Ability to prepare and review environmental documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
