Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.


You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful industrialization of maintenance, overhauling, or warranty activities at the Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Depot Management, Process Engineering, Planning, Quality, Fleet Management, Plant Maintenance, and Design & Maintenance Engineering teams, as well as external stakeholders like suppliers and customers, to ensure the seamless execution of industrial strategies and deliverables.


You’ll specifically take care of managing the industrialization process, including tooling, industrial data, and methods, but also contribute to the deployment of industrial standards and continuous improvement initiatives.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Providing support to tenders and identifying internal CAPEX needs


  • Contributing to Make or Buy analysis to optimize project costs


  • Ensuring proper execution of industrial strategies within operations


  • Managing the development of industrial documents, such as work instructions and task sequences


  • Identifying and addressing safety, EHS, and special process needs in production operations


  • Leading teams in charge of equipment, jigs, tools, and industrial data management


  • Deploying and ensuring compliance with central standards, including Lean tools, EHS practices, and IT tools


  • Driving continuous improvement in industrial performance and contributing to knowledge sharing within industrial networks


  • Developing team skills to meet project industrial requirements


  • Delivering the industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) budget

  • Graduate engineering background with 5 years of experience in the Railway industry and 8 to 12 years of overall industry experience

  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
