Job Summary


We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies and Retail Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Pega solutions to enhance our banking services. This role requires expertise in Pega Cloud Pega Environment Configuration and Pega DevOps among other skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities


  • Design and develop Pega-based solutions to improve banking operations and customer experience.
  • Implement Pega Environment Configuration to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Utilize Pega DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Lead Pega Upgrade projects to maintain system efficiency and security.

  • Perform PEGA Performance Tuning to enhance system responsiveness and user experience.
  • Execute Pega Installation to set up new environments and support expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Pega solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • Possess strong expertise in Pega Cloud and related technologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Environment Configuration and DevOps practices.
  • Exhibit experience in Pega Upgrade and Frameworks implementation.
  • Have a solid understanding of Pega Platform and Integration techniques.
  • Show capability in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning and Monitoring & Control.
  • Be skilled in Pega Release Management and Performance Tuning.
  • Hold experience in Pega Installation and system setup.
  • Bring domain knowledge in Retail Banking to enhance project outcomes.
  • Adapt to hybrid work model and collaborate effectively in day shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications Required


Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA) or equivalent certification in Pega technologies.
