About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for the Manager of Digital Learning to joinJumeirah Group & CorporateThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  


  • Build and lead a bold digital content strategy that empowers every role and function across Jumeirah—from Culinary to Leadership and Emiratisation.
  • Take charge of Axonify, eCornell, and LinkedIn Learning—ensuring seamless integration, intuitive UX, and high-impact delivery.
  • Spot content gaps, launch fresh modules, and collaborate with experts to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-quality digital learning.
  • Use analytics to track engagement, completion, and ROI—then optimize, evolve, and elevate the learning experience.
  • Uphold global standards, brand integrity, and governance frameworks to ensure every learning touchpoint is world-class.

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital learning, instructional design, or platform/content management.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and global stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
