Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager/Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will manage the distributors to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies for Levant and Maghreb markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the region.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
    • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and market support.
    • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings in the Levant and Maghreb region as required.

Requirements:
    • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    • Strategic thinker and a proactive prospector.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Levant and Maghreb region.
    • Proven experience in the pet food sector.
    • Strong network and understanding of the Levant and Maghreb markets and business culture.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
